Brewed with whiskey malt, this lager has notes of peat smoke in aroma and flavor, hint of bacon and barbeque. Finishes semi dry with malty sweetness

Melomel is an alcoholic drink made from fruit infused with honey. This melomel infused with Yuzu (japanese citrus fruit) gives a Well balanced aroma and flavor of tangerine, lemon and grapefruit. Finishing is sweet which enhances the fruit character and gives a refreshing feel.

Vienna lager is a reddish-amber colored, malt-forward beer that showcases the toasted caramel notes of Vienna malt. We have used local Indrayani rice and Assamese black rice for added smoothness and flavour. Low bitterness allows for a thirst-quenching beer.
